Doors open at 6pm.

Your evening begins as you arrive at Chester Town Hall, where you’ll have the chance to capture your first memories at our circus-themed photo opportunities before being welcomed into the world of The Cirque Nocturne Ball by our live vocalist.

At the heart of the evening is the Big Top Ballroom, where every hour the circus comes alive with spectacular 35-minute productions. Follow the Circus Owner as he unveils his newest and most extraordinary acts through an immersive theatrical experience, featuring sensational singers, dancers, sketches, storytelling and unforgettable circus spectacle.

Between each main production, the circus is yours to explore. Venture upstairs for live exotic animal encounters or test your powers of deception in A Court of Fools, our interactive social deduction game. Throughout the evening, you’ll also discover a roaming magician, a tarot reader offering personal readings, our resident fire performer, immersive side quests filled with puzzles, hidden clues and character interactions, and plenty of circus-themed photo opportunities. The bar remains open all night, while guests who have purchased a food ticket can enjoy our grazing table at their leisure.

As the Ring Master’s story reaches its dramaticj conclusion, the entertainment continues with an exclusive Cabaret upstairs, showcasing an unforgettable blend of singing, dancing and burlesque.

When the curtain finally falls, the celebration is far from over. With music from our resident DJ and live vocalist continuing into the night, the dance floor remains open until it’s time for the carriages to arrive.

Add an extra layer of indulgence to your evening with Carnival Street Food at the Cirque Nocturne Ball in Chester 🎪✨ For an additional £16, guests can enjoy a tempting selection of delicious street food favourites, indulgent desserts, and tasty nibbles—perfect for fueling a night of revelry and decadence. Food must be pre-booked no later than two weeks before the event, so be sure to secure your feast in advance and savour every moment of the carnival atmosphere.
